Reporting an Ad

Every listing has a Report button in the top-right corner, next to Share. Clicking Report opens the Report this listing form, where you'll need to provide:

• Your email — required, so our team can follow up with you if needed.
• Reason for reporting — a dropdown of report categories (see below).
• Additional details — optional, describe the issue in your own words.

Once filled in, click Submit report to send it to our team, or Cancel to close the form without reporting.

Reasons for Reporting

Confirmed from the live dropdown, the actual five options are:

• Spam or fake listing — the ad looks like spam, or the listing itself appears fake, including a suspected scam or an advertiser violating our Posting Policies or Terms of Use.
• Misleading description — the ad's description doesn't match the actual item, its condition, or its price.
• Illegal or prohibited item — the item itself isn't allowed to be listed or sold on Meditree.
• Wrong category — the ad has been placed in the incorrect category.
• Other — anything that doesn't fit the four options above, including a sold, unresponsive listing or inappropriate content, use this until a more specific option exists.

This replaces an earlier version of this list (Possible Fraud, Duplicate / Spam, No Longer Current, Wrong Category, Inappropriate Content) that didn't match the live dropdown. Only “Wrong category” was accurate; the rest have been corrected against the screenshot above. Once an ad is reported, our team will review it promptly to determine whether it should be removed.
